The staff were extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned very often and the towels and sheets were changed frequently. They helped us with arranging ferry tours and even printing documents. Overall very nice and spacious room in a convenient location.

Anastasia was extremely helpful and nice, the room was kept clean throughout our stay, facilities were as described, we had a lovely view of the mountain outside our room with outdoor seating, and it is a stones throw to the beach

Location is great- 5 minutes to the beach and main street. Even thought restaurants and shops were a little furter, that didn't bother much. There's also a bus stop nearby. In general rooms are very clean and seem recently renovated, the manager was friendly and tried to help whenever needed, so in terms of price/quality it was a great deal.

The location of Villa Konstantinos was perfect - right by Perissa beach. Anastasia and her mum were both extremely helpful in terms of arranging airport transfers. Anastasia also kindly advised us on which excursions to take and helped to book them for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the AC was great. Anastasia answered any queries we had super quickly. She is an amazing host!

Villa Konstantinos is perfectly located, in a quiet area, a 2 minutes walk from the beach, half way between Perissa and Perivolos beaches. It is clean, well equipped, with every day cleaning service. The host was great, so much helpful and welcoming, helped us with organizing transfer from/to the airport, renting scooter, booking catamaran cruise. Thank you, Anastasia, we cant wait to come back!

The room was very clean and cozy. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Staff can book you any trip, taxi, car/scooter rental. There is room cleaning any day you wish, so you get decent hotel experience. In the room you will find everything you need for a good stay. I highly recommend to rent a scooter or atv so you can travel around the island.

The accomodation has everything that you need, very clean, very welcoming, Anastasia helped us rent an ATV and was very helpful during our stay overall. Location is very close to the beach, with great views on the mountains and the place is very peaceful so you can get a good night sleep. Definitely recommending Villa Konstantinos for your vacation.

Nice, clean and affordable place to stay, if you want to be near the black sand beach. I was staying in a very comfortable room, that looks like it was very recently renovated. The water pressure was great, which is always a tricky part in Greece. Overall don’t expect something special, if you are looking for a place to sleep while on Santorini, this is a great place to stay! Now, the best about this property are the hosts! The family is very kind, very well organized and responsive. Also, you can organize your way around the island at the property, which was great for me. You can rent all sorts of vehicles, organize trips and tours around the island… since I was traveling alone and it was my first time in Santorini, this made my stay a lot more relaxed.

Very spacious room and clean with a small kitchen. Location is great, just a few minutes from the beach front with restaurants. They also have their own parking space. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Big and comfy bed as well, nice and big shower.

Thank you Anastasia and Kostas for your hospitality, we had all information, help to book a taxi from the airport and back. We rented bikes and you can choose models also you can rent a car or a quad. Anastasia helped and booked a beautiful half-day tour to see the volcanoes and hot springs. We had all info about food and restaurants recommendation. The apartment is so clean, with all things that you need like a second home. Beach is one minute away so it was perfect for us. Perissa beach is soo beautiful. We will be back!!!
