Very clean, excellent location (5 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes walk from bus stop)

Properties very close to the beach. 5 minutes on foot. in an area 7-10 minutes walk away from many restaurants. very helpful owner. kind and always willing to help you with information. the rooms were cleaned daily. everything arranged nicely. Thank you Anastasia and the whole team that works there. we felt very well and we recommend this location with all our love.

The room was big enough and very clean. They clean it every day, if you choose so. Towels and sheets were ok and the bed was very confy. Anastasia was very kind and helped us rent a car, buy a boat trip and advised about the best places to visit.

Anastasia is an excellent host! She was very attentive and the communication was always efficient. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped! I definitely recommend this stay!

Very friendly and Anastasia was super helpful sorting hire car and airport transfer. Also had lots of ideas for trips etc..
We strolled 2min to the beach for a swim every morning, local bus was a 5min walk and there were dozens of decent bars and restaurants in the area:but far enough away not to disturb us at night.
The room service was very good with the room left spotless and fresh linen every day. WiFi was fast. TV worked fine (but we didn't use). There were enough utensils and bits in the kitchen area to prepare a decent meal - when we weren't eating at one of the restaurants.

Location is great 150 m from the Black Beach which is a beach with fine black sand. Groceries close enough to buy food (we cook ourselves), and also bars and restaurants at the water front if you prefer. Lovely host.

Villa Konstantinos is perfectly located, in a quiet area, a 2 minutes walk from the beach, half way between Perissa and Perivolos beaches. It is clean, well equipped, with every day cleaning service. The host was great, so much helpful and welcoming, helped us with organizing transfer from/to the airport, renting scooter, booking catamaran cruise. Thank you, Anastasia, we cant wait to come back!

The location of Villa Konstantinos was perfect - right by Perissa beach. Anastasia and her mum were both extremely helpful in terms of arranging airport transfers. Anastasia also kindly advised us on which excursions to take and helped to book them for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the AC was great. Anastasia answered any queries we had super quickly. She is an amazing host!

Very spacious room and clean with a small kitchen. Location is great, just a few minutes from the beach front with restaurants. They also have their own parking space. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Big and comfy bed as well, nice and big shower.

Great location at the beach away from the busy part of Santorini but it was still super easy to get to all those must-see places. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Anastasia who gave great recommendations and helped us make our time in Santorini unforgettable. The place was clean, new and comfortable, everything you could want in an apartment.

The accomodation has everything that you need, very clean, very welcoming, Anastasia helped us rent an ATV and was very helpful during our stay overall. Location is very close to the beach, with great views on the mountains and the place is very peaceful so you can get a good night sleep. Definitely recommending Villa Konstantinos for your vacation.

The room was very clean and cozy. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Staff can book you any trip, taxi, car/scooter rental. There is room cleaning any day you wish, so you get decent hotel experience. In the room you will find everything you need for a good stay. I highly recommend to rent a scooter or atv so you can travel around the island.

Location is great- 5 minutes to the beach and main street. Even thought restaurants and shops were a little furter, that didn't bother much. There's also a bus stop nearby. In general rooms are very clean and seem recently renovated, the manager was friendly and tried to help whenever needed, so in terms of price/quality it was a great deal.

Good price-quality ratio. The host is very friendly and helpful - she introduced all the activities on the island and also arranged the vehicle rental. The room is clean and nice. The location is perfect for the beach.

Anastasia was extremely helpful and nice, the room was kept clean throughout our stay, facilities were as described, we had a lovely view of the mountain outside our room with outdoor seating, and it is a stones throw to the beach

I liked the location , it was close to the Persia beach. Just a few mins walking distance . The staff was nice! Anastasia’s mum, her English wasn’t strong but you could see that she’s making an effort . Anastasia also tried reaching me on all platforms to confirm my arrival time . That was good customer service . The apartment was indeed value for money. Very clean, everything you would need was available in this studio apartment . From cooking utensils to whatever you will think of… if we should visit Santorini again, I am certain I will be staying at this apartment . And yes, if you are reading this, I strongly recommend this apartment . Just make sure you have rented a car so you can see other parts of the island as there’s many to see and do :)

The room was super nice, silent, close to the beach. It was furnished with anything we needed (even kitchen supplies, which are very useful considering how expensive is eating out). Anastasia was super kind and helpful!

Anastasia is a great host! She helped us rent a car, gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, and was always available to answer all our questions. Our room was immaculate with fresh sheets and towels every other day. The black sand beach and several beach bars are within a two-minute walking distance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Konstantinos!

The staff were extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned very often and the towels and sheets were changed frequently. They helped us with arranging ferry tours and even printing documents. Overall very nice and spacious room in a convenient location.

We really liked this accomodation. Anastasia is really nice, she helped a lot for us. She oraganized a boat trip for us, and helped to plan our trip. The also offer scooter renting. We found that also cool. The apartment is really cosy and tidy. It‘s really close to the beach. I think this was the perfect accomodation for us! Thank you very much for the family!!❤️

Thank you Anastasia and Kostas for your hospitality, we had all information, help to book a taxi from the airport and back. We rented bikes and you can choose models also you can rent a car or a quad. Anastasia helped and booked a beautiful half-day tour to see the volcanoes and hot springs. We had all info about food and restaurants recommendation. The apartment is so clean, with all things that you need like a second home. Beach is one minute away so it was perfect for us. Perissa beach is soo beautiful. We will be back!!!

Nice, clean and affordable place to stay, if you want to be near the black sand beach. I was staying in a very comfortable room, that looks like it was very recently renovated. The water pressure was great, which is always a tricky part in Greece. Overall don’t expect something special, if you are looking for a place to sleep while on Santorini, this is a great place to stay! Now, the best about this property are the hosts! The family is very kind, very well organized and responsive. Also, you can organize your way around the island at the property, which was great for me. You can rent all sorts of vehicles, organize trips and tours around the island… since I was traveling alone and it was my first time in Santorini, this made my stay a lot more relaxed.

Villa Konstantinos is a very nice, quiet and clean accommodation with everything you need. The nice Black beach is within 2 minutes walking distance. Konstantino and his family were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
